The kitten was sterilized in this clinic. I was very afraid, but the doctors did everything perfectly. The cat quickly recovered from the anesthesia, everything heals perfectly. I am glad that we chose this clinic and doctors.

Great clinic. Professional doctors. Good attitude towards animals. Bypassing clinics throughout the city, only here we were able to make the correct diagnosis and prescribe effective treatment. As for prices, treating pets is very expensive. But in this clinic at least they do not prescribe unnecessary procedures. Everything is strictly necessary. Very good location. Now we go only here.

Very nice clinic. Doctor Gneusheev Alena is a professional with a capital letter. Thank you for the care and health of our pets.

I leave a review about the clinic AlecA (Oktyabrskaya St., 126 and Irtyshskaya St. Naberezhnaya, 14), but to a greater extent it refers to the Veterinarians who work in it: Ekaterina Alexandrovna Vishtalenko and Alexander Viktorovich. Only these Specialists I trust in matters of the health of my pet. For those who do not want to read this review in full (many letters), I want to note the following pluses in the work of Ekaterina Alexandrovna with animals, which I noted for myself: - professionalism and competence in the field of veterinary medicine; - kindness, tenderness, affection, reverent attitude towards animals; - Does not “load” animals with medicines and unnecessary procedures; - does not appoint unnecessary to further empty the client's wallet; - if the pet is constantly observed in the clinic, then he will consult as fully and in detail as possible by phone or messenger (with age, my cat began to experience severe stress from trips and therefore had to seek help remotely); - if necessary, she will come home to examine the animal and conduct medical procedures (not for free of course, but I think that is normal). Full review. My cat is very dear to me and very loved, it was found on the street in 1999 as a “teenager”. I did not particularly attach importance to the cat’s health issue until it first became ill in 2004. It was during this period that I first met Ekaterina Alexandrovna (she was recommended to me at the breeders' club), which went out of my cat in a matter of days. In 2008, my cat was diagnosed with chronic renal failure. A veterinarian arrived at the house (quite well-known in Omsk and highly paid), who wrote out a bunch of drugs and said that he would not live with my cat for a long time. As a result, I decided to turn to Ekaterina Alexandrovna and at the same time I met her colleague, Veterinarian Alexander Viktorovich. They examined together, recommended where and what kind of tests the cat should pass (they did not have the necessary medical equipment at that time). Catherine and Alexander watched and treated my cat throughout his life. Various health problems were successfully resolved. Twice, Catherine and Alexander somehow miraculously pulled my cat from the other world, when I was sure that the cat was definitely not a tenant. Unfortunately, one insidious disease could not be defeated - CRF. The time has come when the disease began to take away from me my little mustached friend. In the last week of his life, he gradually refused food and water, did not get up and did not move. By this time, the disease had drastically depleted him. The question arose about the use of humane euthanasia. I, as a loving owner of my pet, really hoped that I would not have to make this terrible choice, but in the end I had to. And with this question, I also turned to Catherine for help, because I wanted everything to go without suffering, without pain and fear for my pet. Catherine, being in another city, helped arrange everything and supported me humanly, which helped me a lot. In January 2020, my cat was no more, but thanks to Catherine and Alexander, my cat lived for 21 years. Many thanks to Ekaterina Alexandrovna Vishtalenko, Alexander and other Veterinarians of the Alek Clinic for everything I wrote above! When (and if God forbid) the time comes for euthanasia, do not take this matter superficially, because There are 2 approaches to euthanasia (humane and barbaric, and both are still used in the Russian Federation): - with a humane approach, the veterinarian first administers a drug that immerses the animal in deep anesthesia and it does not feel anything (consciousness is turned off), and then introduces a drug that blocks breathing or stops the work of the heart, after which the animal dies; - with a barbaric approach, the animal is immediately injected with a drug that paralyzes the body (the animal cannot move), stops breathing / blocks the heart without immersion, and in this case the animal dies in terrible agony, in consciousness and in horror - an extremely painful death .
