I was always pleased with the bank, the staff is polite, the mobile application is convenient, the exchange rates are the most favorable in the city. But on June 15, he was struck by the fact that only some employees put on a mask above their chin, some do not wear it at all. Only the cashier behind the armored glass - in a mask and gloves. Clients are matched - no less than a third without masks, and no one is demanding this from them, except for some reason not removed ad at the entrance that only masked clients are allowed in the bank.

The only thing that attracts this bank is the exchange rate. The attitude to customers is so-so ... Most often only 2 cash desks work, the rest are closed. As a result, long lines. Most importantly, it just killed me. Acquired currency in this bank. A few months later, I decided to exchange it in rubles, I did not use the currency at all. They said they will change with a percentage since they do not shine so .... That is, SAMI themselves give you specific banknotes, and THESE same banknotes themselves do not accept at the normal rate. After the scandal, most of the banknotes were changed. But there will no longer be a campaign in this department.

I decided to make another transfer of money to China, I always used another bank, and then I was led to a low exchange rate. I called the call-center and they told me that the commission for transfer of the amount necessary to me would be $ 10. Arriving in the office I was called $ 31. In order not to waste extra time, I made a translation, but I applied to the company's quality control service to find out the reason for the difference in the amounts. I was told that the call center specialist gave incorrect information and made a request for a refund of $ 21. At the same time, deputy director of the center called, who said: most likely the answer will be positive. Today he called and said: we apologize, the specialist is punished, but we can not refund the money, since you agreed to pay the commission at $ 31. I take this as a disrespect for me, as a client. I strongly do not recommend this bank, as it is not responsible for its mistakes and for the mistakes of its employees. Neither I nor my friends will use this bank.

A disgusting attitude towards people, all employees during my only visit on August 14, 2019 spoke boorishly, the cashier at the 11th cash desk of Kholodov Daria was rude and advised me to go to another bank when I asked to name the position according to which she takes my passport. The shame of Yekaterinburg is such a place!
