Russian Agricultural Bank

I went to the bank on May 13, at the checkout door there was some kind of a break from 13.10-13.40, the cash desk was already closed. There is nobody in the room, they answer questions rudely and annoyingly with all incoming customers. Since I had to wait for precious 30 minutes, I asked to make a toilet room, refused. The first time I meet such an attitude and incorrect customer service.
