On November 18, 20, I was delivered to you with a diagnosis of Covid, where I was immediately surrounded by the attention and care of the staff, a perfectly prepared hospital, fresh renovation, new furniture and equipment, perfect cleanliness all around, good food, each employee accurately performs his duties. I would also like to thank the attending physician Antonina Nikolaevna Shevchenko for her sensitive attitude towards her patients, who honorably fulfills her medical duty. I got to the 4th therapeutic department with covid together with my mother, 81 years old. I never expected such attention, treatment, care, food in an ordinary free hospital! All staff are helpful and affectionate. They are treated according to the protocol, all in due time, injections, inhalations, droppers, tests, X-rays, smears. The nurses take care of the bedridden, the wards and bathrooms are perfectly clean. Unfortunately, I can't mention anyone in particular, as all the staff are in spacesuits, glasses and masks and no one has badges Thank you all

I ended up in this hospital in a serious condition. Was treated for three weeks. I'd like to say that the attitude of the medical staff is excellent. They always responded to any requests and helped. I would especially like to say a huge thank you to the doctor Bishenkova Olga Viktorovna. A doctor from God !!!! Thank.! I would like to wish everyone health and patience.

I stayed in this hospital for three weeks. Admitted with a positive coronary virus and severe pneumonia. Staff well done. They work attentively and quickly. The food is very good. There are minor flaws, but not fundamentally. There are lees to every wine. Overall rating is excellent

I am very glad that I got to the ambulance at the 12th hospital. I was put on my feet in 10 days, oxygen is above each bed, there are all the medicines, comfortable wards, delicious food, and most importantly, polite and professional doctors and all the staff! Thank you all!
