The first experience of interaction with this company, and immediately unsuccessful. I decided to buy wheels, R17 215/60, at a discount. Everything seems to be fine, the price is adequate + the installation is acceptable. In total, we counted 18,500 with work. We agreed, only it was necessary to wait 2 hours until the wheels were brought from the warehouse. Okey, while he was driving home, he ate, they called - they said everything was ready. Arrived, put the wheels, went to pay, and then they tell me: you have 21,000. I don’t understand where the price is from ??? In general, on ... whether. It’s useless to argue, they wouldn’t give up the wheels, I had to pay. For the first and last time I appeal to this organization. But it is worth noting that the prices of the wheels are good, so the pluses end there.

At the time of buying winter tires, everything was fine and I could not say anything niggaz. The mood was spoiled later. When buying a set of winter tires, the menenger told me that I would be immediately replaced by her. I joyfully praised for such a pleasant service. Due to weather conditions, this process was postponed for 2 weeks. Agreed on the time, I arrived ... everything was going well, until the phrase "Your car is ready, you can go to the cashier" was not heard. And then I was not pleasantly surprised that it was paid, and not an additional bonus for buying rubber in their store, and the fact that it costs 2 350 ₽. In the service at my house, where I always service, it costs 1,530 ₽, without taking my card into account with a 10% discount. On my not the yearning that I should have been informed, that it will be paid and how much it will cost, the mentor simply threw up his hands, saying "of course it's not free ....". No compromise for the client, smoothing this point, was proposed. I regard this as an imposed service. Why did I waste my time and went to them if I could make it 1,000 ₽ cheaper and next to the house ??? ((( I recommend everyone to clarify everything at once, before you drive the car into the box! To my regret, I will not become a regular customer of this store ((

Great service! And very sensible staff! It seems that this is the best tire center of the premium segment in our city. While the prices are fairly democratic.
