There is no shadow. This is not a park, but a militaristic den. There is military equipment, the cannons are aimed directly at the nearest houses.

A good park, there are still no attractions, a skating rink, and other delights, but for a walk with a child, anti-aircraft guns, BMPs are enough. Sports ground, children's slide. Lighting is on, you can come in the evening.

There is no park there. If the planting of a sufficient number and the required quality of seedlings was organized in a timely manner, then in 5 years there would be a park. But, apparently, no one set such a task.
