This year a completely different impression, I even had to give up cooperation with this company in general and find another option. Perhaps their services are convenient for Yekaterinburg and Ufa. In other declared cities, apparently, there is no office, and they drive cars themselves for each order. We booked a car in Tyumen, Toyota Camry, the price is 3400 rubles per day on the website (I attach a screenshot). 10 days before the specified date, I decided to confirm the price. I was told that the price is 5100 rubles / day. I was very surprised, since the price is almost one and a half times different from the stated on the site. They explained this by the fact that there are no "free" cars in Tyumen (I believe that they are not at all), and therefore the price increases, because they bring a car for us from Yekaterinburg. They suggested we go to Yekaterinburg ourselves, and return the car there in order to get the declared price. On the site, there is absolutely no information about these restrictions, so I believe that the prices indicated there are a deliberate misrepresentation. Very strange, what’s the calculation? If their employee drove us a car from Yekaterinburg and demanded one and a half times more than indicated when booking on their own website, we would naturally not have taken the car, and they would only have suffered losses in fuel + mileage. So they were lucky that I decided to check the price earlier. The problem is not in the price itself, but in uncleanliness, when the declared amount is suddenly replaced by another for some far-fetched reasons not initially agreed upon. I do not work with such organizations in principle. I would not be surprised if on the day of issue 5100 turned into 7200 / day, due to changes in the ruble exchange rate, or for some other reason. If the company is positioned as a rental company in Tyumen, do not try to shift the costs of driving cars to customers, all the more so without notifying them in advance.

I took Largus for hire, the car is clean, you can see that they are following her. The manager prepared a contract in advance so as not to waste time on my arrival. I was very in a hurry then and I needed a car, rang the rental and agreed to take Largus to hire. I liked that the deposit immediately returned to the rental car, although it is not in all rentals so. In some rentals, money had to wait a month. I advise everyone to RusRentAkar. Work on 5+! Fast, clean, comfortable for the price. I come on business trips to Yekaterinburg often and, as a rule, there is always little time. I rented a car for 10 days, for trips to the region. On day 7, an accident occurred only with my participation. The car was not on the move. I called the guys, they said to come, but on the spot to draw up all the documents with the traffic police. Upon arrival, they inspected the car, without any questions filled out all the documents, took extra money only for a simple car (indicated in the contract). All issues were resolved within 1 hour.

Worst car rental company. Cheat and cash in on customers. Workers are rude and incompetent. The fleet consists of cars with twisted mileage and the former taxi drivers.
