The lawyer filed a request for a certificate of my deductions. On February 15 they called from the pension fund, they confirmed that they received the request, I can pick up this information in a month at the reception desk. Came March 16th. There is no help at the reception desk. I sit in line to the boss. Why are the deadlines for responding to complaints violated?

2-3 windows work, the rest just sit. There is no sense from the electronic queue, the secretary runs around and manually remakes the coupons to later numbers, apparently, according to the program, the queue goes quickly, but in fact everyone is sitting and waiting.

At the reception sits a very polite girl. Recording is carried out by phone, first you need to call, sign up and get a PIN code to receive a ticket. Very comfortably!

I have long wanted to leave a review. I contacted several times. From the good: The administrator is very friendly, she remembers everyone, will prompt everyone, answer all questions. Coupons are issued out of turn. A spacious room. Photocopies are made free of charge. From the bad: The ticket was accepted at 14:00 at 16:00, out of 12 windows, 3-4 windows work. Take 30-40 minutes. Terrible.
