Both did not even attempt to understand the situation. Their fragmentary and unintelligible explanations did not give me the slightest explanation, and there was no question of apologizing and trying to set a different time, of course. The result: a lost hour in anticipation, the lack of manicure before an important event, a spoiled mood. It is a pity that you can not give a negative assessment. Nail bar only deserves it!
