And I absolutely did not like it! Staff - hamlo! Immediately at the entrance we were greeted as if we had done a huge favor. In the presence of reservation and advance payment, there was no free table for us! The receptionist was disgusting! My feet will no longer be in this terrible institution! And I’ll tell all my friends ... and all my friends! Do not spend your money there! Disgusting place!

Horror is easy! We booked a table 4 days before, made a prepayment, and in the end we were offered to spend the evening in the banquet room))) (we did not book it) we refused, we waited for the prepayment to be returned, and they called the police, we thought we won’t leave))) they didn’t give us the complaint For the first time I am faced with such horror, I have not seen such rudeness and service in more than one city and country! They didn’t even apologize that there are no tables available! In general, there was a strange behavior, we were taken to a banquet hall and assured that more people would come to us at this large table, that we would not sit in the banquet room for three, the administrator acted as if it should be so, she said straight to the impudent: I had to come earlier))) Why, then, they took an advance payment ?!)))

Came to sing in karaoke. They sang, danced, as a result of the “child of the nineties”, she is the administrator, she is the owner of the establishment, she called the gbr. Absolutely no conflicts with guests or staff did not occur. I am in shock. The husband was laid on the floor with his face and tore all the clothes. Question FOR WHAT ??? I wish the Tavern leadership with head and adequacy. They lost 6 thousand rubles, of which only 4 were actually consumed. In a huge upset. I was offended and humiliated for nothing in this institution. Come if you want to waste a lot of money and remember the nineties
