But no, it all turns out ... Moreover, this inaction in terms of improving service, comfort and design obviously does not favor the client. Everything is in the details and the owner needs to think about it here. I will name the main disadvantages over the years 1. There is no background music, some kind of quiet, calm and national music. Everyone sits and listens to the dishes ringing and securing the door at the entrance. 2. For all the years, the road from the highway to the cafe is gravel. There was no asphalt and no. The ride is not long, but it's not beautiful and prestigious. 3. In winter it is awful, terribly cold. Batteries are installed in a circle inside the yurt, but apparently there is no sense. They are either cold or cannot cope with the volume of the room. Owner, wake up, put on a gas cannon or heaters and have pity on your customers, warm up the yurt and give at least basic comfort. I will tell you on the example of the case with my wife, having arrived here in the summer heat to eat, we bought buuza and, according to tradition, tea with milk, you pour it yourself into a faceted glass. Boiling tea and my wife, taking the glass in her hand, almost dropped it, her hand could hardly bear it. I asked for a mug with a handle from a nearby serving station in order to pour my tea and bring it to the table from the counter. The answer of the staff, looking at all this, plunged us into a small shock, I quote "these mugs are for green tea, and not for tea with milk that you bought and if you want to get a mug with a handle, pay 5 rubles at the checkout, because green tea is more expensive for this amount. ". People, people are you talking about? We just asked for an empty glass with a handle. As a result, having paid 5 rubles at the checkout counter, we received a glass with a handle, which they have intended for green tea, and already we poured our tea with milk into it. I wrote a lot or sprayed with bile, some will say ... No, I just gave one of the examples of local service. I am not an evil person, but if it is boiling over all these years, I think I need to say and write. Perhaps everything will change for the better. I think that the owner of the cafe should say thank you for such feedback, take it and eliminate mistakes and shortcomings, if for so many years he himself has not seen and corrected them.
