An employee of the department, a woman with dark hair in glasses and a short haircut, a kind and helpful person. Yesterday I sent a parcel in the afternoon, (for the first time in my life), she explained everything, helped fill out the package to send the parcel, packed it. I really liked the service, I will come to this department more often.

They work as they want. Notifications are brought in a week or two after receiving the parcel, if there is a queue, they idly stagger and do not pay attention to visitors. Welcome back to the Soviets.

The electronic queue began to work, and queues began to appear. If you send a parcel, then you can stand in line for up to an hour. And so a good place, good staff.

It will go like patties with macaroons, only letters and parcels go for a long time from the moment of arrival in the city.
