We try to use other shopping malls. Cons - long delivery in the Russian Federation, road to the terminal (once again you will not go, probably on purpose, to pay for delivery in the city) Pros - fast service (probably due to the small number of customers), pleasant staff

Recently he sent printing products (magazines) from Chelyabinsk to Chita. sent in packaging - ordered palletizing (which, apparently, was done after the products were brought into an inappropriate form). As a result, they broke some packs, wrapped them with adhesive tape over the products, put them in dirty boxes, and after they were palletized and instead of 10 days of delivery, they sent THIS to the recipient after 17 days. I looked at photographs of what arrived in Chita - a shock, to say the least. Just Mega Horror. Disappointed. Confidence in the company -8000.

The service is good, everything is correct and with explanations, the delivery and reception of goods is also excellent. But one minus is the road to the mall itself. I hope to fix it

There is very good service on Kopeyskoye Shosse, girls at the check-in desk are very quick and quick to draw up documents. Now I send only through this branch, quickly without queues, as in the "business" and the tariffs for transportation are good.
