Disgusting service, do not try to contact, it is better to send by mail to Russia than this underdog company. I ordered air delivery, they promised to bring it in 3 days, it is already 5 days and they do not know where the cargo is and when it will be possible to pick it up,

Disgusting company and disgusting service! I am sending cargo from Novosibirsk to Moscow, the manager promised to deliver it to the desired terminal. I leave the company, call back, ask to return and share the cargo into two parcels, because an error occurred and they do not accept such a heavy cargo at the terminal where it is necessary. I come, I share the cargo already packed by me !!! I overpay double the shipping !!! As a result, they send the cargo and in fact they call again and say that there is no delivery to that terminal, but it can be ordered for an additional fee! What the f # ra?!?!? Now they said to wait 10 days for a decision on the dispute, while the parcel has already arrived in Moscow and a paid wait will begin soon, and the buyer refuses to go to the other end of the city to the terminal where they brought it and refuses to pay extra for delivery again !!! I will write a complaint to the consumer protection department !!! Disgusting !!!! Do not contact this company !!!
