Сделала онлайн заказ, менеджер не перезванивает, набираю сама. Не могут понять что я хочу, нашли мой заказ и сообщили, что в наличии таких цветов нет, а потом добавили что сегодня и с курьерами напряжёнка. Так что мой заказ они по техническим причинам принять не могут. Ну и про извините и доброжелательность менеджера говорить не приходится.. Хорошо, что заказ оплачивается после устного согласования, а то возврат денег был бы ещё тем приключением. Ушла к конкурентам 🤷🏻‍♀️
