I ordered a sofa on October 11, 2020. with additional pillows. The sofa was delivered on time. We can't wait for the pillows ... On the phone they are "fed breakfast" and openly rude, although at first they promised to call back when they did it. They did not call back even once. Phone calls from the number from which we usually call are no longer answered (I immediately call from another number - they answer)! I ask the owner of this company to pay attention to the customer focus of the employees and to understand this unpleasant situation.
