Caution! 🚫🚫🚫 Avoid buying furniture in this salon !!! Salon "Kotofey Lux" does not provide information about the manufacturer. The sofa bought there had an extremely toxic smell. Neither the Kotofey Lux salon, nor the Domashny Furniture Center provided any certificates and information about the place and production conditions. The management of the salon, IE Yurkova LG, as well as the seller Kondratyeva Tamara Fedorovna aggressively respond to questions from the buyer about the manufacturer, and also deny the presence of a toxic smell. According to article 22 of Ch. II of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", consumer requirements for the refund of a paid sum of money, as well as for damages due to the provision of inadequate information about a product, must be satisfied by the seller (or an authorized individual entrepreneur) within ten days from the date of the corresponding request. But instead, IP Yurkova provided an answer to the customer’s claim, which also lacked information about the manufacturer.
