I turned to this salon for eyelash extension services. I immediately warned the administrator in the correspondence that there will be removal and extension of 3D. I voiced the cost of the teacher in 3500 p. Whereas a friend did for her for 1300 p. I, disagreeing with such a cost, asked how much it costs to do not from the teacher, but from another master, for which I was told the price of 2500 p. Having arrived at the appointed time in the salon, which met me with ice at all steps (only survivors from the "ladder" quest will reach) I was faced with the hostility and incompetence of all the staff. No tea / coffee (as many say in the reviews) was offered to me. The eyelash extension hall itself is located right near the entrance to the salon (in the corridor) and you are lying to the sound of TV and music coming from other rooms, as well as the administrator’s cabin with clients at the entrance ... Only after the master applied the composition on my eyelashes to remove them, I was informed that what I want to do would not be done to me, because the master for this type of extension had not yet been trained. I told the master (who never introduced herself to me and did not ask what my name was) that such things should be warned BEFORE removing my eyelashes. It turns out I have nowhere to go. All this time, teacher Ekaterina "hissed" in my back, constantly expressing my displeasure, apparently realizing that it was me who corresponded with her to another master. In such a tense atmosphere, they didn’t do what I asked and showed in the photo, announcing to me 2800 rubles for this, while initially they voiced the amount of 2500 rubles in correspondence, they did not give me a guarantee paper. I still didn’t understand why I paid 2500 rubles, because neither I nor anyone else saw what I did eyelashes. For the money I could do exactly the same thing twice in another place. I will not return to this place anymore and do not recommend visiting it.
