Celebrated a wedding in the VIP room. We found an advertisement for a restaurant and indicated an average check of 1500 per person. Came to the restaurant, the administrator says 1800. Ok, no problem. Booked the room on the 4th. We arrived on the 21st, another administrator meets us and says the average check is 1900, but she retracted her words after she found out that we had already agreed on 1800 this month. We tried to compose the menu at home and calculate the kg and prices for each plate, the total amount and the check per person. 40 thousand plus counted Excel and calculator. We came to the restaurant with our excel. The administrator rewrote our menu for herself and brought a printout from her already excel, everything is 1 in 1 to the gram and the plate matches, and the final price is 60 thousand. We asked WHY IS THIS? FACT WE ALSO COUNT EVERYTHING. The administrator saw our calculations and said that she would now recalculate the amount for us. We ran this way several times. The final cost of the administrator was 500 rubles more than ours. Where these 500 rubles were hidden, the administrator refused to explain. We ordered a slide of champagne and fruit at a time before the start of the banquet itself and the arrival of the groom and the bride. As a result, there was champagne. There was no fruit. We sat down at the table, began with cold - cold cuts, fish, and salads with mayonnaise. Suddenly, fruits are brought out on the table with everything salty. Absolutely everyone was surprised. The waiters, in their words, worked the first day. They walked a lot in front of the bride and groom, blocking their view of the audience and the speakers. The guests on the table ran out of vodka (the purchased vodka was, it was simply taken out in parts). 3 guests in turn went to the waiters and asked for vodka. The waiters said NOW WE WILL Bring and did not carry all this time while the guests asked. They brought it only when the parents demanded. Cut the wedding cake from 3 tiers. The largest lower tier remains. At the end of the holiday, the waiters laid out the lower tier in front of us in containers and said that they would put them in the refrigerator so that we would take them the next day. We came to pick up the cake, it turned out that the cake was missing, they tried to convince us that we took it ourselves. As a result, the waiters confessed that they had eaten the entire lower tier. We were given a small cheesecake in return because we did not have time to wait for a new cake ... We celebrate the second wedding day without our cake ... I had to negotiate a restaurant for a month with 3 different administrators, sometimes different prices sounded. But oh well, the vip hall is gorgeous, we were provided with a very beautiful arch for a photo shoot, we decorated it with a garland))))) in the hall, the air conditioner saved us on a hot summer day) a separate beautiful exit to the street for the vip hall, where we met the groom and the bride ... The food is very tasty * - * our holiday was still gorgeous, despite all these hassles that spoiled the mood ....) The guests liked the atmosphere in the hall))) the women who cleaned the hall were very polite and lovely))) helped us solve all the problems! But in the end we rush between 2 and 3 stars, because the holiday took place anyway))))
