I would like to leave a not very pleasant review about this store "furniture for you" and its staff! We ordered a sofa on July 14th. We were assured that within 10 working days the sofa will be ready on July 26 or July 27. We will be delivered to it, and we will be contacted before delivery. We paid for the purchase in full, except for the receipt of payment we were not given anything else (our mistake is that we did not ask for any more supporting documents). I would also like to note that the check did not indicate the name of the sofa model, because later asked what the model’s name is, but we don’t even know. When the delivery time came, no one called us, we decided to find out for ourselves whether our sofa is ready. By calling 35-05-71, the seller asked to call the factory and find out if our sofa is ready! And if they don’t answer us, then only then she will decide this question herself !!! We got through to the factory, we were told that the order would be ready on July 29 and they would call us for delivery! On the appointed day of delivery, we did not wait, then we were promised 3.08. Bring a sofa, the order is not ready again, 6.08. DELIVERED DELIVERY at 19.00, BUT tore off the back wall and delayed delivery on 7.08 .... While there is no sofa. We hope that they will bring it ... Each time, when calling the store, the seller offered to call those who make our order and are ready to find out for themselves or not. After until she demanded that she herself clarify this situation, the seller said she did not even bother to fulfill her duties !!!! Terrible service in this store, even an apology was not brought to us!
