Elena Borisovna Fedorova, a doctor, gave instructions to the administrator about our examination that it was necessary to make copies and give them to the doctor, and told me that I could give the card on Monday, I replied that I could not give it because we arrived only on Friday and Saturday. EVERYTHING AND HERE STARTED. Ch. Fedorov’s doctor began to get nervous, so how did it happen only twice a week that Tsyrenov does not have the right to prescribe us (although it is not our fault that Tsyrenov’s doctor prescribed us two days a week). And our explanations that we live in another city and there is no possibility to visit three times, and our persuasion was not considered categorically !!! As a result, we were expelled from the center, after what we heard a lot more !!! And we went home the night tired, upset, in complete indignation in such an attitude to customers !!! What is the center? where the leadership of the center denied us grossly in medical care! They paid for admission to Dr. Tsyrenov, they were assigned to attend the gym twice a week, and the management literally got nasty and kicked us out. There is no morality and indifference reigns !!!!

As a former patient of this center I’ll say, I am very grateful to the center’s staff for the attentive attitude and effective treatment, I thought that life without back pain is not possible for me, this is not so. Now, six months later, I took the course (4 cycles). I feel great. Thanks.
