It turned out that when we were given a card, like in any other bank, it was necessary to change the PIN. All done as it should, on the screen displays the inscription "Your PIN was successfully changed" (that entered correctly, it's for sure, you saw 4 eyes😄). But here comes the time to pay off the card, enter the pin, which was changed. Wrote the "wrong password", entered the pin that was originally - the same story. Well, they thought it was not the first time that they introduced it the wrong way - again the same thing. As a result, the block of the card. We come to the bank, where they tell us that the type for changing the pin will be paid to the cashier. On our indignation "and here we are, this is your ATM did not change the pin," we were simply sent to hell, saying that their guilt was not there. There is no limit to outrage, no more footing!

Waiting by e-mail took 50 minutes, terribly long. Then the consultant also went away twice to consult (the staff is not competent in all matters).

There are endless queues, no measures can be taken to rectify the situation; she does not pay any attention to customer complaints.
