I was so shocked, sobbed, but they didn’t calm down on this, but offered to pick up something else, but there were no tickets to the Crimea for the next flights and the vacation was strictly limited, but in this case I had to pay more money , since they said they would return my 46,000 to me no earlier than in 3 months.
