The point of this is that I decided to check this service provider and deliver the sentenced cartridges to another organization for verification, and I was extremely surprised when, together with the refilled cartridges, they brought me in another package cartridges requiring repair, from our printers we don’t have at our company !!! At the end, I could not find it. (Cartridges are lying in a bag at the door in the hope that someone will remember them in C Print). With all the unpleasantness of the situation with us, no one has contacted !!! I am responsible for the fact that, due to the negligence of the staff and the management is not at all correct, retail outlets and offices of partners can arise, in the absence of printer cartridges. This is simply ridiculous, a customer comes to the company and cannot receive the goods because there is no possibility to print documents. Because the company serving the offices does not fulfill its obligations for which, to stete take not a lot of money. My score is 1 with a minus. I will look for another data provider services.
