Pros: Not expensive, fast, work seven days a week Minuses: It is better not to transport anything without a crate, they break it almost always, and sometimes they even manage to spoil a non-fragile load through the crate. Service for a C grade. And it's better not to store your cargo with them for a long time - they can also spoil it.

I regularly receive fragile cargo. Broken and shattered content is very common. We pack the FRAGILE well, we take the strong boxes, write the designation GLASS and FRAGILE. The fight takes place regularly. Boxes are lost. You have to write a statement and search for your cargo. In general, cheapness is expensive! Here's a set!

Destroyed the cargo and refused to refund the cost. I do not recommend working with this shopping mall. In vain we fell for the cost and speed, in the end we paid many times more. For those who still want to work with Ray, I will share my experience: 1) Always write the real value of the cargo in the insurance on the waybill. 2) Make a crate, even if it seems to you that you have a super package. even a zinc box will be pierced with a fork from a loader, believe me. 3) Take a photo of the invoice before sending it, since the Luch employees themselves mark the packaging discrepancy, and the claimant will refuse to refund you at all. 4) If a claim arises, do not be lazy and read the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, as well as formal replies from their lawyer, since it refers not to laws and regulations, but to someone's experience in the courts - they do not have legal consequences. 5) Even if you were refused, write to the court, they will pay at least something (in my case, 1/4 of the insured cargo + 100 rubles freight) 6) If you are not ready for the loss of cargo, 1.5 months of correspondence and further arbitration, I would not even start working with Ray. Let me tell you this to Ray's specialists: you will lose more in the future than you will save now. Plus, nobody canceled the laws of karma;)
