The place is terrible. I can't even call it a flophouse: it is clear that the renovation was done and the furniture was purchased 10 years ago in Ikea. The sofas are broken (after disassembling for sleeping, they are assembled with difficulty), the carpets are generally from the Soviet Union. There is no furnishings in the rooms - sofas are stuck or there is one bed and cramped. There are small mirrors on the walls. The handles on the windows were removed, they somehow begged for one handle, the whole company took turns using it. The estate itself positions itself as an echo of the USSR, but some rooms are in an ethnic style, which does not fit in with the general style. The walls and furniture are dirty. In the kitchen, on the second floor, the wallpaper is dirty, under the windows, instead of wallpaper, ceiling tiles (which are made of pressed paper) are glued. The toilet on the second floor is decent. But on the third floor - tin! The cabins won't close because the doors are skewed. The sauna and swimming pool are ok, but the plumbing in the whole estate is terrible - from the taps, the shower is gushing water from all the cracks! The cleaning company came only on the third day of our stay. Before that, we had to wash the toilets ourselves after the youth party, because they told us that when we arrived, everything was clean, and since we ourselves went to the toilet (38 people), then we should wash the toilet for us. The lighting in the rooms is disgusting - it is dark as in a cave, the curtains if they, like in our room, bamboo blinds, do not open. This place is definitely not worth its money. I do not recommend it.

The wedding has passed. The hall was decorated perfectly! Our holiday was a great success! Very comfortable and chic in its own spacious spacious house. Where you can have a noisy time with friends or get away in a narrow circle behind a pool table or in a sauna with a pool. The cozy rooms are great. Two halls for a large and small company. You don’t even have to be afraid to sweat, air conditioners work, we can freely control them. Special thanks to the cooks, the table was crammed with food. Everything was delicious. They were pleasantly surprised by the rental prices and services of cooks, bothering having their own team of waiters, which significantly reduces the hassle of finding staff! If, according to tradition, one of the spouses is stolen, it may be difficult to find him. The owners of the house are very friendly and sincere people. We went to a meeting on almost every issue. On the territory, you can safely leave the car open. The territory is carefully guarded. We are extremely grateful for our holiday!

It would not hurt to do repairs in the house. All doors are held on an "honest word", handles fall off, locks do not work, the door was blocked several times in the evening. Windows or without handles, or they are not at all. Moreover, the doors do not close tightly and have to sleep with the window open. It's cold, you know, with our Ural summer. The bathrooms are dirty, the water in the shower does not go away, the towels are not fresh. Yes, many more examples can be cited. I won't recommend Aura to anyone. During the day of stay alone negatinnye emotions.

Aura. The cottage is very large. The capacity is huge. Less steep ladders too. It’s hard to get up. The room without windows was stuffy.

Nice place, relaxed in the cottage. Large swimming pool and sauna. Yes, the transitions are not heated, but not critical, they do not linger. Great Banquet Halls, everything you need is there. Employees, always ready to help. The floor is cold - give out slippers. Pool, one of the few in the cottages of the city, heated. For, events and any celebrations - great.
