A huge collection of books, you can find everything here. There is a center for servicing citizens with disabilities. Electronic library and Internet class. Periodically there are interesting thematic events (bibliotech, book salon, literary meetings and book presentations). You can meet friends, there is a free Wi-Fi. A good place for self-development :)
