Inefficient enterprise, bills for services that do not exist in nature. The private sector of the Left Bank and Burvodstroi is billed for water and people are surprised to receive "greetings" from bailiffs, arrest bills, etc. I handled this in the Chapter, the court’s decisions and the bailiffs’s service were eventually canceled and then it started again .... that I supposedly owe for water consumption, although I, like the whole private sector, have my own well!

it’s impossible to reach anyone! operators are rude, throw up the phone. personal account to learn is unreal! the mess is complete !!!! some sort of council!
