Bought a kyocera printer and it was not working! They gave me a lot of trouble and wasted my time before they returned my money! Although I brought the printer back in half an hour they tried to make it look like it's my fault! They said they wouldn't change it or take it back! They offered me to fix it and give it to me for the price of a new printer. When my lawyer gave them a official complaint and prepared a law suit they were ready to be a human again!
