Suddenly they wrote to us that places for each tourist are assigned at the time of purchase. * "Before your payment, all other seats on the bus have already been purchased." (then why do we have another seat on the bus ?!). Why is there no bus seat layout on the website? The main and most terrible minus of this whole trip, THIS is the "accompanying" company: Weak personality, indifference, inability to manage the group; unfriendly attitude; inability to motivate; difficulties in communicating with tourists; JUST have transferred responsibility for us to an incomprehensible person. The funny thing is that there were no warnings and there is no information about the trip on the bus, because our guide slept from Chelyabinsk to the end. In addition, there was no warning on the site and no reminder was sent that the route was dirty, there would be a lot of water, and you need a second shoe or boots. I would also like the groups to be selected according to the 1st level of training. We went to such a height for the first time, and it was difficult to compete in speed with professionals, but we didn't really want to) As a result, we left the forest in pitch darkness, dirty, frightened and without our guide. We had 28 km with one break (it's a nightmare). Of course, you can write a lot, and for a long time .... But the meaning is clear.!
