Last year we went to relatives in Chelyabinsk for the summer. And the husband from there offered to go to the sea for a week. From vacation to vacation, so to speak. In general, they turned to 7 continents to organize recreation. Very helpful staff. Tours are selected for the most demanding customers (I like to poke fun). They told us everything in detail, answered all questions, organized everything. Little amenities - offered coffee with ice cream! It was so nice! In general, they picked up the tour and got drunk coffee, treated with ice cream, improved their mood! This, I understand, is the service !!! And the rest was gorgeous in the end. I recommend to all Chelyabinsk citizens!

No, I had no problems with the hotel. There were problems with communication. How bad it is when you don't know the language. Although it would be English. After returning, I began to study.
