Scammers. Do not contact this operator. They took from us 80 tr for the rest at the tourist center / hotel "Golden Beach". It seemed to us that we had too few services on the basis of included for this amount. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were told at the reception that our group paid for services with a total cost of 48 tr. The operator did not give us any explanations to the question "where are the remaining 32 tr". I understand that the tour operator also needs to earn money and they make their markup. But not 40 percent !!! Moreover, the operator did not provide any additional services ... no transfer, no insurance ... they simply charged us 80 trillion and transferred 48 trillion to the golden beach. 32 tr made a rollback.

We bought a ticket to Nur Sultan on August 16-19. To say that it was a complete nightmare means to say nothing. From the purchased seats on the bus, only a plastic partition and a fully tinted window were visible. Thanks to the "superbly" chosen time of departure from Chelyabinsk (Friday evening) we stood at customs for 6 hours, which is why the first day of excursions was almost completely gone. The food was organized disgustingly (taken to some cafe 30 minutes from the hotel), the food was not edible. The accompanying Valeria from the company really could not say and do anything. The nightmare did not end there. Unfortunately, before that, a ticket to Kazan was also purchased ... It all started before departure: because of the bus replacement, the group had to sit up with a mat and the director of this company. The food on this trip was well organized (this is the only plus). The hotel in which we were accommodated pleased us with the news that accommodation in block-type rooms and all amenities on the block. No WORD was said about this on the company's website. When you call from a hotel to this office, we are naughty in response. The hotel room was dirty, the toilet handle did not work, there was no soap, shampoo, the bed was not made up, the rudeness of the administrators. The organizational qualities of the accompanying Irina cause GREAT doubts. When organizing low-budget trips, the travel agency MUST warn customers about the conditions, this company believes that this is unnecessary. I can recommend this company only to those who have never eaten anything sweeter than carrots. The rest to bypass this "travel agency" as far as possible. Unfortunately you can’t put less than 1 star ...
