Small city ,not much too see but weather is nice and only a few shop in street

There are no cafeterias near the hotel. Buy a roll goes to 400 rubles. There are no normal shops. Small stalls only. And it's all in the city center near the railway station

Everything is poor, old, requiring major repairs. The room smells of old furniture with dust. All in all, it sucks.

They smoked, they smoke, and it seems to me that they will smoke in the toilets-rooms and on the emergency exit staircase. It's sad so far.
