I was in the salon for the only time, I don't plan to visit again. To my surprise, disappointed with the result. It should be noted that Instagram is impressive, visually the salon is beautiful and cozy, the staff is polite. I turned to the salon on my birthday, maybe in the salon, which the master always turned to, got sick, I had to urgently look for a replacement. I signed up for a grooming procedure and curls. Unfortunately, I don't know the name of the master to whom I was assigned. The master was not talkative, did not receive comments on what the care procedure was done, she decided not to risk the curls and discussed with the master, even showed me a photo of how my master is doing to me. In general, the hair is done, the varnish is filled incredibly. My hair is thin and thin, most likely there was nothing left of the severity of the hairspray by 18.00, the curls were done at 14.00. It was at 18.00 that my celebration was scheduled. The next day I turned to the salon administrator via WhatsApp. She said that she received guests without a haircut, and explained the details. The girl replied that she needed to confirm her words with a photograph. It is probably difficult to even comment here, it was the first birthday on which I did not take a single photo of my own, only for one reason: the hairstyle hung with icicles. I wrote to the administrator about this, to which I received an answer that this is the main proof of my words. The receptionist replied that she regretted that the hair did not last as long as I wanted. I was shocked, the hair did not even last for 4 hours. Her words struck me as a mockery. Although initially, I wrote without conflict, the party was a success in spite of everything, but I considered it necessary to inform the salon, perhaps in my experience, the master will draw a conclusion and another client will bypass such a nuisance. I took a screenshot of my hairstyle (by 22.00 already straight hair) from the video that we did that day. They wrote to me: "thank you" and silence. That is why I am writing a review here, because not pleasant reviews are not posted on Instagram. I will also write a nuance from my trip at the same time: while working on my hairstyle, the administrator found out with the master what and how I was doing, otherwise she needs to find the correct prices, and so on, otherwise one is written down, but does a little different. I was somehow embarrassed at that moment, I think that after the master had finished, this could be discussed. Well, on my own behalf: the girls are hairdressers, each girl has her own hair, someone has thick, someone does not, before doing the procedures, comment on what you are doing, what effect the client will get from this, not every client will ask questions and leave with misunderstanding. And as for hairstyles, not all hair can withstand the same approach, someone can have a lot of varnish, someone cannot, etc. We go to the salons, knowing that there are masters of their craft and they certainly know what a beautiful and long hairstyle is. But as experience has shown, not all masters know this. I at least expected the apologies to be brought to my address, but did not wait.
