Post of Russia

This office is even worse than my past post office. I ordered home delivery, in which it is promised that they will deliver the next day - they did not bring anything. The package is marked as "delivered" in the attachment. I came to the department, asked what the problem was - they pretended that I was not there, they began to talk to each other: "Don't listen to her, they are constantly going around here complaining that it was not delivered." Then they just ignored it. I called customer service and the package miraculously arrived the next day. Today I went there in vain, because they brought notifications for the parcels that I already received several months ago, I have already forgotten about them for a long time. Thank you, delivered on time. The staff is boorish. It is very rare for someone to answer a greeting. Today I went to the employee at the delivery of parcels, she nodded, saying yes, you can get it from me and continued to go about her business, ignoring me completely. I have never been prejudiced against people of other professions, but this all suggests that adequate people will not work for the Russian Post, only repulsed oligophrenics.

I liked it, I repeatedly ordered things from Ali (including parts to the computer), everything arrived, according to the tracker, not wrinkled, not beaten. They work pretty fast on extradition. In general, I am satisfied.

They came to pick up the parcel, defended the queue, after which the employee said that you can pay only in cash. We reached the ATM and withdrew money under a commission. The queue again stood up, after which the employee with an unhappy expression on her face said: "I hope you have at least no change." Where we should be without change if we just withdraw money from an ATM is not clear. As a result, she found change and handed it to us in rubles.
