Nice park, I would say, but ... A large destroyed area, with asphalt for the "grade". The only attraction is a monument to the WWII military men (or something like that). As an obligatory place to visit during the initial viewing of the city - I can not advise. As a place to walk - perhaps, but nowhere

In general, the park is not bad, go for a bike ride, take a walk with children, the bushes are cut beautifully, they cleaned up, there would still be benches and a kiosk with ice cream, and in general there would be beauty
