On October 31, 2020, we arrived from the Zaigraevsky district to the stamotology department at 10:30 AM EXTREMELY with a child, a 5.5-year-old child had a very strong toothache and the entire right side was swollen. We were first sent for treatment to the 16th room, where we were met by a beautiful kind girl, the doctor looked and sent us to the X-ray and then removed the tooth to the 20th room. There we stood in line, everything was fine, but then the shift began at 12:30, the doctor came out and said that the appointment would start only at 14:00. We didn't get upset. And then came 14:00, we took our turn, those who were standing and began to wait for the reception. The reception began at 14:15, a girl came in, we turned out to be second in line, and then everything began to knock down the extensions, then the disabled, then the guy there needs to be sewn up, then someone else has open wounds. And of course they don't let my child through, as if they are more urgent than us, but the fact that the child has been crying since yesterday does not bother them! A girl in the position of (beremen) stands after us and no one cares about anything and does not bother. Even sit down not where! We ourselves from Zaigraevsky district have been standing in this kilometer-long line for 5 hours already. They started to be indignant, they said they had cameras and everything seems to be visible who is right who is wrong. There is no doctor's name on the door, no detailed information about where to call and complain!
