Urgently needed to find an apartment for a day. Already looked a couple of options, but the photos on the sites and the actual look were very different. I came across Baikalhouse, the photos look like real ones. I chose a suitable apartment, I agreed to see it. A good house, the very center - the very thing to spend the night while laying the floor of the house. Costs compared to the previous versions are very budgetary, was pleased with the choice.

Was on a business trip from 20.10 to 10.11. The apartment is clean, neat and close to the city center. Because I came in almost at night, then I was greeted by a transfer from the airport. Before the departure the cleaning lady arrived with the accounting documents and took the keys at the same time. Everything is simple, clear and convenient!

He made a warm floor in the apartment and decided to move to a rented apartment for the duration of all repairs. I live on Komsomolskaya street and chose an apartment at Komsomolskaya 8a, for 3 days (so much work was promised). The apartment is modern renovated, clean and spacious. I had a great time in it for 3 days, I even wanted to add the same bright colors to my interior.

So I can now write a review here. A friend immediately advised me to apply for an apartment here, as the cheapest prices are in the city. Well, in fact, while I was looking, I only lost time, I did not find it cheaper. I got a decent apartment, they were allowed to check in earlier than 12:00, since I was free, or I would have to wander around the city with my bags, all the conditions are the most important thing, cleanliness is order. I like it. Like you.

At the request of the office, I am changing the review. Indeed, why did I first put one star. After all, it was not possible to live with them, unfortunately. While the site is not bad, the apartments are probably too. Managers are not able to cope with the vibe, they answer only to the first request; they cannot answer the next ones. "the dialogue has gone far into history." When filling out the callback form, instead of the promised minute, they called for several hours. During the call, instead of apologizing, I heard stories about the lack of messages, lack of Internet, etc. And so everything is gorgeous, I looked at the pictures with pleasure on the site. Better use booking.
