There is no information about such opening hours anywhere. In principle, they don't pick up phones in offices (everyone phoned before). In my opinion, Rosgosstrakh has deceived customers about opening hours.

Horror, not waiting in line, employees sit without clients, zero attention when you turn to them, how she approached one of them, she sat typing data from a photo of a driver's license from her mobile phone into a work computer, I didn't even answer a question, I had to go to the main office for distant lands on the workers' headquarters and there to solve a simple elementary question!

The girls work well. But the queue ... I had to wait 2 hours

A disgusting company, however, like every insurance company: queues, inattentive staff, useless imposed services and an absolute unwillingness to fulfill their obligations

I stood in line for two hours, not a single employee reported that the changes were not working. One employee worked in the hall, the second sat in the corner and was rude to everyone. She screamed at the client to go out the door. there must be two clients in the room. No customer focus.
