There was a need to insure the apartment. At first there was a whole saga of parking, finally found a place. I went to the department, a lot of people in the queue, some panic, vanity, tried to ask the employees what specialist I should go to - on the third attempt, they finally paid attention to me and told me that I was in another department, and I ended up in the car insurance department . I will not insure the car here. The department I needed was in another place, I had to go around the building and look for it for a long time. True, the experts there were friendly and competent. But the general impression was already spoiled. Conclusion - better consider another insurance company.
