Spoiled the overall experience of visiting the restaurant. The administration introduced the "5th business as a gift" campaign. On my first visit (August 3rd) I was given a coupon with the administrator's stamp and signature on the back. Then I visited the second time (6th August), everything was fine. However, today (August 18), when I submitted the same coupon, the waiter accused me of fraud, claiming that the signature was forged and not left by your administrator. The point is not even in this business, which costs 250 rubles, but in general in the attitude towards customers and spoiled mood. Dear administration: I attach receipts of payment on August 3 and 6 to this message. You can also watch them by raising the history of bank payments or recordings from cameras. Why introduce shares if you cannot ensure their adequate work? And respect to the cooks, everything is very tasty) 😇

They called in advance to book a table for lunch, they did not book us, they said that there would be seats. As a result, we arrive for lunch and everything is busy, no apologies or attempts to smooth the situation. And lunch time is not rubber
