On January 2, a sauna was booked in this “wonderful” place, the reservation was on January 6. As a result, we were informed that the price was twice as much because the day was pre-holiday. When asked why they didn’t warn, the administrator answered that she wanted us call, but for some reason didn’t call 🤷‍♀️ C-service ☝️ When asked to give the management number, she gave the accountant number (this was found out in a conversation with her directly). The accountant said literally: "What can I do now? And what do you want from me? I’m an accountant in general." Then a couple more drove up to us and they were already given the manager’s number, with a broken phone 🤦‍♀️ Despite the spoiled mood, we decided to go, as they had already taken the children to their grandmother and arrived, the second couple arrived in general from Yaroslavl. As a result, for 3 hours we paid 3 thousand rubles and 50 rubles for cleaning services. The sauna has black walls that have not been washed for years, there are no watering cans on the souls, just sticks, the water barely barely flows, hair is floating in the pool. Shame! Before raising prices, you would have washed at least a room and watering cans cost a penny! Apparently no one heard about draining water and cleaning the pool. In general, it seemed that the employees decided to earn some extra money in their own pocket, I don’t see any other explanation why we didn’t get the management number. Obviously, we will no longer use your services! Spoiled HOLIDAY. THANKS TO EMPLOYEES.
