We were assured that the rings would reach from Irkutsk within a couple of days. As it turned out, the rings will last a week. On the appointed day, October 5, there were no rings (of course). We called the hotline again, where they told us that our parcel had been handed over to the CDEK courier service, and they, for their part, could no longer help. We called CDEK. This is where the fun begins. The courier service first told us that the rings were in the city on one invoice, which was soon withdrawn and replaced by another. Then there was the problem that neither CDEK nor 585 gold knew her number. After finally finding out the number and personally checking the location of the parcel in the application, we discovered that our rings are in the city of Mytishchi. Having cut off the hotline number 585 gold, in the end we were informed that our rings would come in a week. It's just hell !!! It turned out that the online store simply did not send us the rings after ordering, but did it only after we called them 10 times a day.
