Hello, I want to tell my story of communication with a minus sign with the Sunlight store. So on the eve of my wife's birthday on July 16, 2030, I decided to purchase a thin gold chain in this store and make a pendant from a jeweler to order. Having bought a chain that day, I went to the jeweler. The latter, accepting my wishes for the pendant, asked me to show the chain, etc. he needed the width of the ring on the chain. In his presence, I unfolded the gift bow, took out the chain from the gift wrapping, and at that moment I noticed some damage on the chain. The jeweler confirmed to me that the chain was indeed damaged. I immediately went to the store and wrote an application for the exchange of this chain. They accepted her and said that you need to wait 20 days. 08/06/2020, I received an SMS stating that my requirements were denied to me. I waited for an act in which it was stated that numerous chain breaks were caused by improper use. I just did not understand what kind of exploitation, I just drove it in a box from the store to the jeweler and back. The extreme untidiness of this store, I was simply outraged, but this is all lyrics, I will probably send this product to an independent expert.

Today I tried to use the services of a pawnshop on the street. Lenin in Ulan-Ude. An unfriendly girl appraiser, part-time administrator, said that in one of the jewelry, there is an iron content. And she reduced the weight of the product. On this basis, a dispute arose as a result of which the girl wanted to send me to another company. BUT a chemical analysis showed that there is no iron (a magnet, by the way, too) Then the girl decided to change the initial cost of products, referring to the "well-worn" look !! (Excuse me? Do new jewelry always come to the pawnshop?) Indeed, one of the products needs to be repaired. I took it. In response to my decision, the girl raised the interest rate. Which is three times higher than declared by the company, at the first appeal !!! I believe that personal hostility and internal ambitions should not interfere with work. Attentiveness and professionalism of employees, go for the good of the company. I think that for the post of administrator, this girl is not ready.
