Zhito Kafe-Pekarnya

Outstanding place in the center of Irkutsk. A bakery plus a food buffet with lots of options for vegans. We took tofu and some culinary from the buffet, everything was tasty. I think, it's a must-visit place for all vegetarians and vegans who came to the city and don't know where to eat or find some vegetarian dishes. I didn't try their bread, but sure it was also tasty. Hope that you'll make some homemade peanut butter in the future, probably the only thing that was missing the place.

I was so happy to find that vegetarian place! It was a recommendation of some really nice russian vegetarians from Irkutsk we met on our journey. The Food was really really good, it is a buffet with a wide variety of things (Soups, Salads, Bread, hot dishes) also different drinks and juices. People were nice and the interior really pretty. You should definitely go there! Apparently they sell really nice bread and cakes, unfortunately I did not have more time to try everything.

Everything is very stylish, it smells amazing of pastries and you can watch how bread is cut in a special machine. I know that the logo was designed by Gombeau himself.
