Calling to call a doctor for my mother, 80 years old. Temperature 38. But this is simply not possible! I dial the number 25 times, constantly busy. Why only one number?

Good day! If you decide to go to this clinic - DO NOT DO IT. I tried to call a general practitioner for mom (mom is 80 years old !!!), the pressure rose, for two days. Mom lives on the ground floor, there is no intercom, and teenagers burnt the doorbell. When I asked the dispatcher to write down the contact phone number, so that the doctor could get into the apartment, I heard in response, "The doctor is not required to call you, you must arrange access to the doctor." Of course, I understand that no one owes anything to anyone, but if you approach this situation from a human point of view. Is it really difficult to dial a phone number and say the four words "This is a doctor, open the door." And these are people in white coats who have sworn an oath. We did not wait for a doctor! Thanks to the Ambulance team, which helped my mother. God grant that these so-called doctors with their parents, children and loved ones always have good health. God forbid they find themselves at least once in such a situation.
