An interesting museum in a great city. Look past the fact that this isn’t the richest museum and it isn’t the richest city and you’ll find a ship with a very interesting history presented in an interesting way. For the minimal fee you’ll see the engine room and a collection of black and white photos from the ship’s heyday, as well as the dark years before it was floated again and restored. Oh, and a very entertaining dubbed video replete with low budget re-enactments. In summer there’s a great coffee shop next door, and a waterski park. The views of the damn and the city skyline are great all year.

Really cool to see interior of the ship, you can basically explore all the machines. There is also a 7 minutes video that talks about ship history. Everythin is in Russian, but stuff is nice and kind.

Ice-breaker is good, but museum could be organized better ;). Anyway, 150 rub is nothing for that fun and historical engineering experience. I recommend it for a visit.
