Mystical place, close to the Angara River, perfectly located if you take a stroll around the small park heading to the famous monument of Alexander III.

Vantage point in Irkutsk, getting a bit old but still worth the trip. If the trees were not there you could even see the Angara River, but unfortunately that's enough for the park bench in front of it.
