Great green and quiet place.

Pleasant place. It is unclear whether it is possible to walk with a dog. There is no zoning. Cut in half by road, on the side of the other. There is nowhere to go much in the end .. But there are benches, a football field, grass and trees. Not bad. But I want to "normal" in the city. When will it be ?? I want thoughtful territories, running tracks, areas for walking with a dog, areas for barbecue, maybe ... Well, who else? It's not expensive, not necessarily expensive. But for people.
