In this cooperative, land is definitely not taken out for municipal purposes, because here it is already owned by the owners of the garages. In other cooperatives, it is almost impossible to privatize the site, only the boxes are owned. Lawyers are “working on this issue,” but the city will not give up even a hundred! It will take the city land, and the owners are compensated only for the cost of construction (minuscule amount). Someone wrote, they say, a cooperative in a swamp. You are mistaken and confused with cooperative No. 2. And our 15th cooperative is even geographically NOT in the lowlands. And there are no complaints about the board.
